D.G. Webster, an associate professor of environmental studies, discusses a recent story in The Guardian that found that seafood products are being mislabeled on a global scale. Webster talks about various types of seafood fraud and potential ways to reduce the problem.

“If we want to deal with seafood fraud across the continuum and if we want to do it in a just and equitable way, then we have to go through that process of working together with business and with the government,” says Webster.
