For the first time since 2011 and the 12th time in program history, the No. 19 Dartmouth women’s lacrosse team members are Ivy League champions.
The Big Green (11-4, 6-1 Ivy) posted a 23-9 win at Yale (6-9, 1-6 Ivy), Saturday at Reese Stadium, clinching a share of the conference crown. With a Princeton win at Cornell later in the day, the Big Green and the Tigers will share the title, with the latter earning the No. 1 seed in next weekend's Ivy League Tournament and the former claiming the No. 2 seed.
Dartmouth will play the third-seeded Penn on Friday at 2 p.m., with Princeton taking on the fourth-seeded Cornell in the 5 p.m. game.
