Two hundred years ago, the U.S. Supreme Court handed down its decision in the case Dartmouth College v. Woodward. As part of the College’s yearlong celebration of its 250th anniversary, Dartmouth will host a re-argument of the Dartmouth College Case featuring former Acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal ’91, former Solicitor General Gregory Garre ’87, and a panel of six distinguished alumni judges.
