With the start of the new year comes a long to-do list for prospective 2016 presidential candidates, writes Bloomberg. “It’s the start of the invisible primary,” Dartmouth’s Linda Fowler tells Bloomberg. “People who wait until the fall have been very disadvantaged and have typically not been able to put the resources together.”

Fowler is a professor of government and the Frank J. Reagan ’09 Chair in Policy Studies Emeritus.
