Quoted: Jamie Coughlin on Ralph Baer’s Love of Innovation

Dartmouth Now takes note when faculty and other community members weigh in on issues of the day. Here is today’s “Quoted”:

“What we sometimes lose is the love of the process, and that’s what I saw in his eyes. It was a love of inventing, a love of innovating, not for monetary success or the glamor of it, but for the love of building,” says Dartmouth’s Jamie Coughlin in a Union Leader story about the late Ralph Baer, best known for inventing the first video game console.

Coughlin is the director of New Venture Incubator Programs and the DEN Innovation Center.
