Medical Students Should Consider Evidence-Based Medicine (U.S. News & World Report)

A column in U.S. News & World Report notes that The Geisel School of Medicine is among medical schools incorporating evidence-based medicine (EBM) into the medical school experience.

 

“Dartmouth’s medical school and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center have infused EBM into teaching at a variety of levels,” the column says. “In addition to a biostatistics and epidemiology course taught in the second year of medical school, Dartmouth maintains a resource website, which students and residents use frequently.”
