In its coverage of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the Affordable Care Act, the Valley News turned to James Weinstein, the chief executive officer of Dartmouth-Hitchcock, for his reactions and insights on the ruling.

 

Weinstein, as the Valley News points out, helped write portions of the Affordable Care Act. “The big issue here is that [the Supreme Court's decision] is fantastic, that there's a lot of things in the bill that were really good and were never questioned,” Weinstein told the Valley News. “But I still think this country has an awful lot of work to do if we're going to really lower the cost of health care and improve the quality.”
