Exercise Affects The Brain (Medical News Today)

A team of Dartmouth graduate and undergraduate students, led by David Bucci, an associate professor in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences, has released new findings about the benefits that exercise has on the brain.

As Medical News Today points out, the researchers have found that age plays a factor in determining the effect that exercise has on memory and the brain, and that exercising at an early age plays an important role in brain development.
