    FREE YOGA FOR STRESS RELIEF

    Yoga 4 Stress Relief –Every Monday starting 9/17, 4-5pm, Sarner Underground. Mats available to borrow. FREE drop-In yoga class held EVERY Monday. Students will be guided through a mindful movement practice that emphasizes focus on the present moment, conscious breathing, & cultivation of self-compassion. Each class will open with a brief meditation followed by gentle yoga postures that help to stretch & strengthen the body while calming & focusing the mind. We will end with time for deep relaxation. No experience necessary. All bodies and levels are welcome!
