Where: BEMA (Meet at Baker Lawn at 3:50pm and we walk over to BEMA together!)

Recharge, regenerate, and reflect at the Student Wellness Center’s Mindfulness Immersion in Nature session. Join us on May 10th from 4 pm - 5:15 pm at BEMA for a short forest walk, breathwork, and mindful tea drinking/eating. Take time to pause and take care of yourself. You deserve it :)
There will be snacks! Bring a rain jacket, a water bottle, and wear closed-toed shoes. Bringing your own journal/notebook and a writing utensil is encouraged but optional.
Meet us by Baker Lawn (right in front of the main entrance of Baker-Berry) at 3:50 and we will walk over to BEMA together!
