Ever wonder how an incoming president’s team prepares to move forward after an election is decided? Always an enormous task, transition of presidential power in the wake of the 2020 election will be made all the more challenging by our unprecedented times.

David Marchick, adjunct professor at Tuck and director at the nonpartisan Center for Presidential Transition, will join Tuck Dean Matthew Slaughter for this unique behind-the-scenes discussion highlighting how president-elect Joe Biden and his team will lay the groundwork for the Biden administration—a process that requires establishing a Cabinet, staffing key posts, defining priorities, and setting the tone for the years ahead.
