Please join the RMS collective in a round table conversation featuring student activists who are organizing across US campuses on issues of policing, ethnic studies, and anti-racist initiatives. In this unprecedented moment of student activisms and coalitions, we expect to engage in a conversation about the historical and present contexts of student movements in building more inclusive and just campuses. Together, we will think across different forms of “antiracist” work in the university, including resource distribution, police divestment models, curricular investments in critical race and ethnic studies, as well as practices in transformative justice. Register at dartgo.org/antiracist-activisms.

Student Panel: ShelLynn Beasley, DePaul University; Victoria Agunod, DePaul University; Andy Aleman-Alvarez, Cal State U LA; Chioma Nwoye, U Chicago/CareNotCops; Keish Kim, Harvard; Emily Almendarez, Yale; Mariana Peñaloza Morales, Dartmouth/Dartmouth Student Union.

With Dartmouth Professors Mingwei Huang, Misty De Berry, Pamela Voekel, and Najwa Mayer.
