Recipe Share of Corn Memories, Flavors, & Traditions
The Dartmouth Sustainability Office is putting on a virtual event series centering the staple ingredient of corn, which spans many cultures in many different forms. By emphasizing the importance of a single ingredient, we hope to thread various experiences together into a fuller understanding of our relationships to the land and one another.
We are collecting corn recipe and story submissions from students, which we will compile and share in a digital cookbook! We welcome anyone with a recipe that uses corn to participate in this effort! Please find more information and the submission form here, and email molly.c.mcbride@dartmouth.edu with any questions! As a culmination of this project, we will be hosting a virtual potluck the week of October 26th.
Submissions are due at 5 pm on Monday, October 19th and must be in PDF form.
