The Prosp(a)rity Project is actively working to equip young Black girls and women with the resources, knowledge, and access needed to overcome professional, personal, and financial obstacles. This, in turn, will enable these women to enjoy more enriched and fulfilled lives.

Briana Franklin D’17, Founder and CEO, The Prosp(a)rity Project, is a writer, creative & entrepreneur of many trades. As a self-professed “literary artist”, her talents lie primarily in using her communication/storytelling abilities to bridge gaps and cultivate community. Having put her skills initially to work through her ventures, The English Major Takes Tech and Just B. Frank, she later pivoted into wellness before shifting focus following the George Floyd protests to champion for racial equity through founding The Prosp(a)rity Project.

Victoria Mikell, Vice President, The Prosp(a)rity Project, is an entrepreneur and author committed to combining her passion for health and holistic wellness with her innate leadership to impact and transform the lives of others. This she has accomplished both independently as the founder of Bee Well Nutrition and in lending her expertise to high-profile opportunities, including the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards.

Ashely Wells GR’20, Business Development Manager, The Prosp(a)rity Project is a Master of Arts in American Studies candidate at Columbia University. She recently graduated from Dartmouth College where she received her Master of Arts in creative writing.
