The DOC’s Diversity, Inclusivity, Justice, and Equity Division (DIJE) and the Sustainability Office are teaming up to host the first of a two-part event series interrogating intersecting identities and the outdoors. Our second event, The Outdoors through a Different Lens, will be held this Thursday, August 13th at 9PM EDT. We are fortunate enough to be joined by a panel of alumni and current students speaking about how their backgrounds and experiences influence their interactions with outdoor spaces–particularly on the ways in which their relationships to land have been home, sustenance and restoration.
