Join us for a conversation around Preparing for Remote Assignments in Canvas. In this workshop we will introduce basic concepts in effective assignment design, introduce tools available for assignment delivery at Dartmouth (Canvas Assignments, Quizzes, and several new assignment tools available to Dartmouth - GradescopeHypothesis, and VoiceThread), and talk about ways to design assignments that support the learning process. We will also explore topics related to making sure assignments are inclusive and accessible to all students, especially in a remote teaching context.

If you are interested in the topic but can’t make the timing work — email me (adam.b.nemeroff@dartmouth.edu) to let me know and I’ll try to accommodate accordingly based on shared interest and availability. - Adam Nemeroff
