Take your interviewing game to the next level. This program will provide opportunities for you to practice interviewing skills in a group setting, and use mindfulness techniques to boost your confidence and performance. You’ll also reflect on the rapidly changing perceptions of alcohol in the professional world as you experiment with #sobercurious beverages.
- Get tips for interviewing well and feedback in a group setting
- Learn mindfulness practices that enhance your presentation by helping you stay present, aware, and focused and experiment with #sobercurious beverages

This program will be offered 4 times as a 1-hour block, at the following times:
