Eligibility

  • Must be a current Dartmouth student (undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to apply).
  • If selected as a winner, must be available to perform at Towards Freedom: Then and Now performance and panel on February 4, 2019.

Prizes

The three winners will each receive:

  • $250 prize
  • Opportunity to perform speech and participate on a panel at the Towards Freedom: Then and Now performance and panel on February 4, 2019
  • Video of your performance at the Towards Freedom event
  • A signed copy of 2019 MLK keynote speaker Franchesca Ramsey's book Well, That Escalated Quickly: Memoirs and Mistakes of an Accidental Activist
