As president and CEO of advertising agency Mcgarrybowen before joining Land O'Lakes in 2015, Tim Scott helped build many well-known brands, from General Mills to Frito Lay, Sears to Mondelez, Disney to Wrigley, and Kraft to Clorox. Today Tim oversees B2C and B2B branding and marketing strategy for Land O'Lakes, Inc., building marketing competencies across all businesses and geographies for the company.
