In Japanese, genki means “happy, healthy and full of life.” This all-female, multi-generational group with roots in Japan and other Asian countries brings all things genki to the art of Japanese taiko drumming. This energetic show gets the audience moving and drumming, inspired by a passion for creativity and culture.

Programmed in conjunction with Kodo: Evolution, performing at the Hop on Mar 5.

Can’t make the morning HopStop in Hanover? Join us at 3:00 pm for an encore performance at the CSB Community Center, 152 South Street, Claremont, NH.
