Objectives – Participants will be able to:
- Review current clinical experience using diphtheria based fusion protein toxins.
- Describe key mechanisms of bacterial protein entry across endosomal membranes.
- Understand how platforms studying endosomal trafficking can be used to improve our understanding of diseases and the design of vectors for targeted intracellular delivery of bio-macromolecules.
