As part of the Week of Action at Dartmouth for Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), we bring you this workshop.

In the past year, we’ve heard countless examples of harassment in a variety of careers. If you are a bystander to harassment, you will want to do something. As a young professional entering the workplace, it may not be clear what you can do. In this workshop, we explore workplace harassment, the different power dynamics in this context, and realistic ways to prevent harm.

Facilitated by Ben Bradley, Program Manager, Dartmouth Bystander Initiative at the Student Wellness Center

Ben Bradley works at Dartmouth in the Student Wellness Center, where he works in sexual violence prevention as the Program Manager of the Dartmouth Bystander Initiative. Additionally, Ben is passionate in creating opportunities for men to talk about healthy masculinity and the role men have in preventing and ending sexual violence. Ben has a Masters of Social Work from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and before coming to Dartmouth practiced social work; working with homeless individuals and families and also investigating reports of abuse and exploitation against older adults.
