Celebrate the central role group singing has played in social movements in four sing-ins each Friday in January, organized by music librarian and singer Memory Apata. This week, we are joined by singer/songwriter Tyné ('17/MALS), who will teach songs from American civil rights movements from the 1960s to the present, featuring her own original music and songs by Reverend Sekou & Jay Marie Hill, Goapele, and more.  Light refreshments will be served.  Appropriate for all ages; children welcome!  It is not necessary to arrive on time.
