Hands-on Beginners and Intermediate Introduction to Latex + BYO problem/data

Dates: September 26 & 28, 2017

In these hands-on workshops, you will be introduced to LaTeX, a high-quality
typesetting system; it includes features designed for the production of
technical and scientific documentation. LaTeX is the de facto standard for
the communication and publication of scientific documents. 
The training will include:
- What is LaTeX and why/when to use it
- Installing LaTeX on your personal computer
- Basics - Getting started with a new document and from a template
- Equations
- Floating objects (tables, figures, etc.)
- Bibliographies, BibTex and citation management
- Presentations (slides) and posters
- CVs
- Dissertations
Courses Length: 2 hours + instructors will be available after the course to
answer your specific questions and requests
