Dr. Tang is currently the Chief of the Clinical Microbiology Service at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and a Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City.  This grand round will provide an opportunity for participants to understand the concept of translational research using diagnosis of Clostridium difficile infections (CDI) as an example.
