Jessica Santos, PhD, is a Senior Research Associate at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. She conducts applied research aligned with her expertise in workforce development and diversity, and refugee and immigrant integration. Prior to joining The Heller School, Jessica worked for 10 years in Maine, New Hampshire and Brazil to generate resources and support low-income families and communities to achieve goals related to development and equity.
