The goal of this workshop is to reinforce that at the core of our work it is essential to operate from a place of professional respect, attitude and behavior. It is crucial that we recognize good communication is one of our most valuable tools, regardless of our role in Dartmouth’s diverse workforce. Participants will have the opportunity to identify key aspects of practices that enhance the quality of our work environment. Barriers to building quality working relationships will be explored along with information on how to prevent and address a hostile environment at work.
