The 5th annual Dartmouth-United Way DAY OF CARING is a chance for all individuals in the area to give, advocate and volunteer. It's a day to join hands, open hearts, and show the community how to "Live United." This year's Day of Caring, held on Monday, September 8, is an opportunity for volunteers to gain first-hand experience with area non-profits and to raise awareness of community issues and services. Meet new friends, learn about the Upper Valley, and give back to your community! The day will begin with a kick-off celebration at noon on the Dartmouth Green. Volunteers will be on-site from 1-4 and will return to campus by 4:30 for a reflection dinner in 1953 Commons. Lunch is provided.
Events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.
