Link Up aims to create connections between Dartmouth women - students, faculty, staff, community members and alumnae - of all years and affiliations through mentorship, engagement and service, in order to strengthen the larger Dartmouth community. Through its termly Proud to Be a Woman Dinner, we get to highlight the perspectives of a female leader on campus and unite faculty, staff, students and others in a celebration and discussion of what it means to be a woman and how we can work together to overcome shared hurdles and to succeed.

This dinner, Power & Personal Revolutions, is Dartmouth's 13th Proud to Be a Woman Dinner. As a part of the 2014 V Week, this event will be focused on YOUR voice and how you can use it to take action and take control. Professor Roberta Stewart of the Classics Department will be speaking on her personal and professional experiences, the ways that power manifests itself at Dartmouth and beyond, and how activism can affect personal and community growth. Catered by the Hanover Inn, sponsored by the CGSE. Tickets cost $10. Follow this link to RSVP: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1NlIC940OKTmxCHk-VbHH6kfQ0z2GTW6dRd0F6Mdwmec/viewform
