"Knowing Whether to Believe"

Fr. James Dominic Brent, OP was born in Michigan, and after studying and teaching Philosophy for many years he joined the Order of Preachers in 2004. He completed his doctorate in Philosophy from Saint Louis University in 2008. In 2010 was ordained a priest and began teaching at The Catholic University of America. He specializes in the thought of Thomas Aquinas on the rational justification for assenting to truths beyond philosophical demonstration
