A conversation with Thayer School Board of Overseers, Joe Helble, Dean, Thayer School of
Engineering at Dartmouth, and guest speaker Kartik Srivtsa. Kartik is the Founder and Managing Partner of Aspada Investment Advisors, which supports entrepreneurs in large and essential markets by providing early stage risk capital to businesses in India that expand market success, improve livelihoods, and create large‐scale employment opportunities in underserved communities. Prior to Aspada, Kartik was with Lightspeed Venture Partners and a management consultant with McKinsey and Company. He earned the BTech in Mechanical Engineering and MTech in Energy Technology at IIT Madras.
