Harold Lloyd plays a tongue-tied bachelor who takes it upon himself to write a guidebook for other bashful young men, "The Secret of Making Love," chapters from which are portrayed as fantasy sequences. Fate delivers a rich girl, and they fall in love—but she is about to wed an already married man! Lloyd famously performed all of his own stunts, and in this film embarks upon a hilarious daredevil ride on every form of transportation, from trolley to motorcycle. Live piano accompaniment by Bob Merrill D: Fred C. Newmeyer, US, 1924, 87m
