The White Ribbon Campaign is Dartmouth’s annual campus-wide initiative to engage men in the work of ending sexual violence against women. This year's White Ribbon Campaign, sponsored by the Center for Gender and Student Engagement, the Special Programs and Events Committee, and Men's Form, will feature a full week of events and activities, including lectures, discussions, and community organizing.

The White Ribbon Campaign will host The Cage-Fighting Poet: Cameron Conaway on Wednesday, November 6 at 7:30pm in Moore B03. Join him for an engaging lecture around his story of navigating the many different worlds of manhood. Cameron Conaway, Executive Editor at The Good Men Project, is a former MMA fighter and an award-winning poet. He is the author of Caged: Memoirs of a Cage-Fighting Poet (Threed, 2011), Bonemeal: Poems (Finishing Line Press, 2013) and the forthcoming Until You Make the Shore (Salmon Poetry, 2014). Having lived for three years in Asia, Conaway’s work as a freelance journalist took him to human trafficking shelters in Thailand, the shipbreaking yards of Bangladesh, and into the world of those working to help sexually abused boys in Cambodia, among many other places. His work has appeared in The GuardianThe Huffington PostESPN and the Women News Network.

All attendees are strongly encouraged to sign the White Ribbon Campaign pledge. Those who do sign the pledge will receive a free White Ribbon Campaign t-shirt!
