The White Ribbon Campaign is Dartmouth’s annual campus-wide initiative to engage men in the work of ending sexual violence against women. This year's White Ribbon Campaign, sponsored by the Center for Gender and Student Engagement, the Special Programs and Events Committee, and Men's Form, will feature a full week of events and activities, including lectures, discussions, and community organizing.

Join Kyle Ashlee, Director of the Center for Gender and Student Engagement, for a thought-provoking discussion about how men and masculinities are represented in works of art featured in Shadowplay. Photographs that startle, disturb, and cause one to question are the subjects of this exhibition and Ashlee will focus the discussion on examining various constructed messages of manhood and their implications. Through facilitated conversation and dialogue, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the rigid confines of traditional gender roles for men and insights for exploring more authentic expressions of gender identity.

All attendees are strongly encouraged to sign the White Ribbon Campaign pledge. Those who do sign the pledge will receive a free White Ribbon Campaign t-shirt!
