Does your "to do" list often feel out of control? If you're like most people, staying on top of everything can present a challenge that causes stress. This workshop is a series of 5 short sessions brought to you by Director of the Project Management Office, John Steidl and Director of Training & Development, Lorin Parker of Dartmouth College. We will explore a simple process for staying in control and helping you customize concepts that work. Learn to reduce stress by being and feeling more in control!
