Dr. Martha Nussbaum is Ernst Freund Distinguished Service Professor of Law and Ethics, University of Chicago Law School. Nussbaum has authored and edited of a number of books, most recently "The New Religious Intolerance: Overcoming the Politics of Fear in an Anxious Age," "Not for Profit: Why Democracy Needs the Humanities," and "Creating Capabilities: The Human Development Approach."
