Abstract:  Multimessenger astrophysics with neutrinos requires a neutrino observatory with an extremely wide field of view, good spacial and spectral (energy) resolution, and a high event rate from astrophysical sources.  I will discuss a new design for a radio detector for astrophysical neutrinos that will achieve sub-degree pointing resolution and a high enough sensitivity and low enough energy threshold to see tens of events per year.  I will discuss the early prototype and the current status of an interferometric phased array for neutrino detection.
