Celebrate the central role group singing has played in social movements in four sing-ins each Friday in January, organized by music librarian and singer Memory Apata. This week, we are joined by Ron Israel, who will share music from his 2017 album, "Homeless in America." Ron is a singer/songwriter in the style of Pete Seeger, Bob Dylan, Guy Carawan and Joan Baez, whose music responds to the contemporary U.S. political climate.  Light refreshments will be served.  Appropriate for all ages; children welcome!  It is not necessary to arrive on time. The Paddock Music Library is located downstairs in the Hopkins Center, across from the Jewelry Studio.  **In the event that attendance exceeds expectations, we will move to the Faulkner Recital Hall, located directly beneath Spaulding Auditorium in the Music Department.
