Away This Night interweaves the stories of three Shakespearean women who cross-dress. Inspired by immersive and feminist theatre traditions, this project is a study of the intersections of gender identity, gender presentation, race, sexuality, and ability in physical space. The performance will move throughout three built environments on the Moore Stage, taking the audience on a journey through the worlds of As You Like It, Twelfth Night, and The Merchant of Venice.
Tickets are $4, on sale beginning May 15 at the HOP Box Office.
