Lewd, loud and winningly stupid, Nicholas Stoller’s (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) frat comedy bursts with outrageous gags in excellent poor taste. Suburban, 30-something new parents (Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne) try to “be cool” when Delta Psi moves in next door—but when they finally call the cops, the brothers declare war. Rogen and Bryne are a delight but the eternally shirtless, swaggering Zac Efron, whose combination of brotherly earnestness and Mephistophelean sadism, steals the show.
