In this workshop led by Dartmouth Health Connect’s Dr. Laura Duncan and Health Coach Tyler Hanna you will find out what you can put in your “winter survival kit” to keep you energized and your spirits lifted throughout the New England winter. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience first-hand how light-boxes work while also learning about the many potential benefits of this and other types of therapy. Other topics discussed will include the potential impact of foods high in Omega 3 Fatty Acids (including samples!) and Vitamin D supplementation.
