Have you made repeated steps to change a health-related behavior, only to find yourself back in the same pattern again before you know it? In this three-part workshop series with Dartmouth Health Coach, Dave Peckinpaugh, you will walk through strategies to help you identify the "moment of choice," develop your own strategies to change, and reflect on the process around your target behavior. The structure of the series will be a combination of facilitated discussions, peer support, and self-reflection.
