Confused about all the additional sugar found in your diet? Want to gain control over your diet without relying on willpower or feeling deprived? Do you wish you felt more vitality and energy in your everyday life? If you have answered yes to these questions, then learning how to balance the intake of sugar in your diet is a great place to start. Jenny Letendre and Nancy Duhaime from the Dartmouth Health Coaching Program will discuss how the body processes sugar and the impact of sugar on your overall energy level. Discussion will also focus on how to identify hidden sugars in your diet, as well as recommendations and strategies for daily sugar intake.
